Responsibilities
Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and calls, ensuring quick response times.
Itinerary Preparation: Create detailed itineraries that include all client requests and services.
Invoice Management: Generate accurate invoices for confirmed bookings and follow up on timely payments.
Feedback Collection: Consistently gather post-safari feedback and address any concerns.
Booking Updates: Clearly communicate all changes in bookings or itineraries before and during trips.
Problem Resolution: Maintain a smooth safari experience by resolving issues early, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Sales Contribution: Support achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry, specifically in tour consulting or hotel operations.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for the English-speaking international market.
