We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Sales Interns within Jubilee Life Insurance Limited in the following towns: Nairobi, Mombasa, Thika, Nyeri, Meru, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Kisii. The role holder will report to the Sales Manager and will be supported to grow their agency in a respective branch in order to expand Jubilee Life market share in Kenya. The role holder will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve the customers introduced to the company.
Responsibilities

Attend product and skills training organized by Jubilee Life to understand
company products and how to distribute them.

Prospect in the market to present Jubilee products to prospective customers.

Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company.

Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the Company.

Uphold the image and brand of the Company.

Achieve the new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs),
Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets
for both new and renewal business.

Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training,
supervision, motivation, and market deployment.

Comply with industry code of conduct plus all company regulations and all
relevant laws governing trade activities in the country.
Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.

Education level: Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder.

Minimum grade C- (Minus) in KCSE.

IT and digital skills.

Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined, and a go-getter.
