Looking for a hospitality management job in Kenya? Artcaffé is hiring for Restaurant Management to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive operational excellence. The role is based in Eldoret and experience in hospitality operations is required.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of service staff by providing effective training,
scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service while
maintaining Artcaffé’s high standards of quality and customer experience.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and
resolving inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth
coordination and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Assist with inventory management, stock control, and procurement to
maximize operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and
company policies.
Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing strategies to increase
sales, improve operational performance, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
is preferred.
At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a
restaurant, café, or hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop
a diverse team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS or ERP systems, such as Micros, is an
added advantage.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public
holidays.
Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of
Eldoret.
