Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage boardroom bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and a strong customer service orientation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
