The main purpose of this role is driving vehicles as authorized.

Driving vehicles as authorized;
Adhering to the Agency's transport policies and guidelines;
Carrying out routine checks on the vehicle's cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems and tyre pressure;
Ensuring safety of the passengers and/or goods therein;
Planning the transportation route based on road and traffic conditions;
Adhering to traffic laws and Government regulations to ensure compliance with the management of government vehicles;
Ensuring security and safety of the vehicle;
Performing regular washing and cleaning of the assigned vehicle to maintain daily cleanliness;
Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of the vehicle's systems;
Ensuring work tickets are authorized; and
Reporting any incidents to the police and/or the office immediately they occur.

Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Physics, Astronomy, Astrophysics, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Remote Sensing, Geographical Information Science, Geo-Spatial Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Control and Instrumentation, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer applications.
