The job holder will be responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights by developing analytical models, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the implementation of the organization’s data strategy, governance framework, and advanced analytics capabilities
Responsibilities
Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights for business units.
Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support data-driven business decision-making.
Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and analytical pipelines.
Support the implementation of enterprise data frameworks, including data quality and governance standards.
Utilize data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and data lakes to process, manage, and analyze large datasets.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and address analytical needs.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve business performance and efficiency.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of data governance, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements is an added advantage.
