
Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
Zuri Blooms is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. You will act as the first point of contact for customers both online and in person, helping to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
- Assist customers with gift, flower orders, and product recommendations
- Process and follow up on customer orders
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain excellent customer experience standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms
- Attention to detail
